At MyEduMitra, we are committed to providing high-quality education and career guidance services through experienced teachers and professional counsellors.

Nature of Services

MyEduMitra offers advisory, mentoring, counselling and guidance services. These services involve time, expertise and personalized interaction, and therefore are not physical or returnable products.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

If payment is made and the guidance session is not conducted due to reasons solely attributable to MyEduMitra.
If a technical error results in duplicate payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the counselling or mentoring session has already been conducted.
If the student or parent chooses not to continue after receiving guidance.
If dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations or career outcomes.
For delays or non-performance caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

No Guarantee Clause

MyEduMitra does not guarantee admissions, exam ranks, placements or specific career outcomes. Guidance is advisory in nature and depends on multiple external factors.
